First thing this morning (Thursday) we had a major issue with the bathroom downstairs – shower was backing up and toilet not working properly. Matt made some adjustments in his schedule and was here in an hour. Fortunately he had completed the job with everything working perfectly. I even asked Matt to “pad” the invoice as I was so thankful he was able to come on short notice however he just laughed and said it was not necessary. People in the trades at times get a bad rap however if this is an indication of the way Murphy Plumbing conducts business, they will never hear a bad word from me.
